Merry Christmas and what is this product please.

We have been doing the drive around for colour ideas for our new pad and My friends we came across a home with a product that looks like a laminate wood panelling. I am hoping one of you know what it is called or know where it is from.
In the mean time I would like to Wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Thanks so much for all your support for this wonderful Year.
I cant wait to bring in the new year with many more features and updates on our new home as it progresses also.
